Love this hotel. Grounds are well maintained and the rooms look great. We had drinks and snacks in the lobby area, service was excellent. You must also try to snag a reservation at Soko Sushi! Staff go above and beyond. My friend lost her phone and they continued to look for it until it was found.

I stayed in the Bungalow rooms and WOWOW, were they amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was so spacious. The property is also stunning and iconic! It has such a great charm. You feel like you are in a different world. The staff is amazing as well!

I needed an accessible room and was able to get that which had room for my wheelchair, bars in the bathroom and a roll in shower. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. They made up the room without being asked and even turned down the bed and emptied the garbage in between. Above and beyond. Listened to the lovely piano player in the lounge one night too and the bartenders were plentiful and again very solicitous. Great experience and bed so comfy and quiet sleep. Read less

Tried to check in at 2pm as I booked through the Amex FHR program. Room wasn’t ready but told that it should be ready by 3 pm. No text until 4 pm, so called and still not ready. Finally just showed up at 5:30 and got the room. Not acceptable. Got $100 food credit for late check in. Hotel was in a good location near the ocean and the attractions of… Read more

Ordered room service using the hotel credits, but prices were just ridiculous. Three cocktails and 2 appetizers for $175. Room was somewhat outdated. Could see some hair on the bathroom floor. First time at this wonderful hotel. Great location. Staff was very kind and helpful. Food was delicious. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. They may look “old” but it’s part of décor and ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back again!
