Love the Shore Hotel! My mom, sister and I stayed here when visiting family and not only was the room perfect, but the staff was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The head concierge, Adriano, went above and beyond to make sure our time in Santa Monica exceeded our expectations. We had seen that Cirque Du Soleil was set up by the Pier, and Adriano was so kind to help acquire us tickets to see the show the very next day. He also set up a wonderful birthday dinner reservation for my grandmother at Bubba Gump Shrimp, she loved it! Thank you so much Adriano for everything!! It felt wonderful to be so well taken care of at the Shore Hotel, and we have made it our hotel to stay at every time we visit! Read less

The rooms are comfortable a little bit small but what is really nice is the level of service you greeted with a champagne or sparkling cider upon arrival. The all the staff is very friendly and nice. The parking is expensive but I got a package that had a reduced rate and the location is IDEAL right across from Santa Monica pier we went next-door to blue taco, which was delicious. They also had a movie night with free popcorn and candy, but it was at 6 PM so we were having dinner. Read less

The hotel was great, but what really stood out was their consigliere, Adriano. He was so helpful with everything and extremely fun and nice. He made our stay go from good to great. One thing we were dissapointed in was that they charged us for parking in the hotel.
