Nice accommodations, not only golfers but also pickle ball and tennis players too. Lots of outdoor facilities including swimming pool, bocci ball and hammocks. Walking path around golf course gives another thing to do if you are outdoorsy person.

This Hyatt is a run down place with broken equipment and very dysfunctional entitled management .The absolute last thing they care about is customer service . This is the one mistake you should not make twice . This Hyatt is a run down place with broken equipment and very dysfunctional entitled management .The absolute last thing they care about is customer service . It is clear that people who manage this place have no skin in the game . I hope the owner of this property or the leadership reads this . The management restaurant and support staff simply don’t care . They can ruin your events personal or business so don’t take that risk . Don’t book . We are going to ask for a refund .. but I bet they don’t care. No one wants or expects perfection but the staff is not engaged with the customer . Attitude is zero. The hotel is in dire need of modernization and better maintenance. The facilities are outdated, and my experience was riddled with inconveniences. The sliding glass door in my room didn’t function, which was frustrating, and to make matters worse, I couldn’t reach room service for three consecutive days. This forced me to rely on Doordash for meals. On the one occasion I did manage to get late-night room service, the salad delivered to my room was rotten, which was completely unacceptable. That said, the one highlight of my stay was the spa, which provided an excellent and relaxing experience. The staff there were professional and attentive, and the services exceeded my expectations, offering a much-needed reprieve from the disappointments elsewhere in the hotel. While the spa's quality was impressive, it didn’t compensate for the overall lack of functionality and service in other areas of the property. With proper updates to its facilities and significant improvements in customer service, this hotel could potentially offer a much better guest experience. As it stands, I would not recommend it unless you plan to solely take advantage of the spa and are prepared to deal with outdated amenities and unreliable services. Read less

Great experience and location. Very clean and accommodating staff. Great golf course next to hotel that accommodates visitors of hotel. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Minutes from Carmel and the beach. Very nice pool and spa that were heated.

We’ve stayed here in past years without issues, although the hotel was aging. We heard it was getting an update but this is not a good experience here nor is there any evidence of a real update. Generally worn down hotel room, bed was clean but very firm. The carpet felt disgusting wet, looked dirty and the worst part was the strong toxic odor in the room. I’m writing this review at 3:38 am because the smell is burning my sinuses and my head is exploding from whatever chemicals are in the room. It’s some type of strong perfumed smell to cover up something and it’s literally sickening. The only reason I’m still in this room and have not showered and gone is because my husband is somehow asleep in the nasty room environment. Never again at this hotel for us and …I cannot recommend it. Read less
