False advertising

No way this is a 4 star hotel. Take it from someone who’s been to 26 different countries and countless 4 and 5 star hotel.

The so-called 1 bedroom is nothing more than a regular hotel room (studio). False advertisement? Hotel food joint isn’t really a restaurant. Breakfast is a joke so we went to McDonald’s. There was no slippers! Even a 2 star hotel has slippers especially the floor is bare concrete and dirty. The “smart TV” also doesn’t work and I called to get it fixed but no one came. At 3AM during our first night, the shampoo tray just fell off the wall. The shower head does not secure in place which is dangerous because it could hit my head. I just head brain surgery - this is a hazard! There was also a leaking bathroom sink but the maintenance crew was able to fix that, and only that! Various usb plugs are all broken. Hotel advertised photos are all very misleading there’s no view whatsoever.
See attached photos - there’s absolutely nothing good about it this hotel. I’d even encourage those who are not satisfied to file a complaint with the state of California. I don’t think it’s ethical or even legal to call a studio a one bedroom.

Loved the Vineyard Room

The vineyard came to the edge of our patio where outdoor seating was. The fireplace was nice to sit by while eating in-room. The large walk-in shower and large soak tub were both added bonuses. There is a heated pool and jacuzzi that I wasn’t prepared for to enjoy, but had I known, I would’ve. I would rebook.

Great Napa experience!
Dec 11, 2024LightPacker574111Beaufort, South Carolina
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very roomy, clean and beautifully decorated. Clay was fantastic with his wine knowledge and recommendations of local sites. The prices were surprising reasonable for a touristy area. We definitely plan to return next year.
Vineyard view, spacious rooms, couples getaway.

Vineyard view w/balcony was amazing (room 77), room was clean and spacious, friendly service, breakfast (extra charge) was delicious, Napa quality. Great for a couples weekend getaway to recharge. Wake up early (~7AM) to catch views of hot air balloons above the vineyards if you're lucky!

Amenities like the bath robes, fireplace, and heated bathroom floors were such a perk to have! Staff has super helpful and friendly. We celebrated our friend here and the staff were more than happy to help us make it special for her! Would for sure make another trip to Napa Valley and stay here.
