Hotel information

153 rooms and suites. All with air -conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini-bar*, hairdryer, bathrobes and iron and board. Standard Rooms have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

4 Saints (seasonal food, open for brunch and dinner). Juniper Table (all day menu, open from 7:00am-9:00pm). 2 bars (drinks and light snacks). Rooftop pool. Fully equipped on-site fitness centre. Custom-designed Kimpton PUBLIC bikes for riding around town. Overnight laundry/dry-cleaning service*. Complimentary WiFi*. Official Tesla Destination Charging location.

There is a daily resort fee of $40 plus tax per room (payable locally, fee subject to change).

Had a great time. I go to Palm Springs a few times a year and this place is very nice. Right in the middle of Palm Springs surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Rooms were very nice and hotel had a hip vibe. Took our daughters puppy and hotel had no problem with it. Free valet parking and bike rentals. Great deal

Frankie our server was attentive. The hotel has great amenities we took advantage of-pickleball courts, coffee in the lobby, happy hour and afternoon snacks. However there was a terrible sewage smell in our room on the second floor. It got progressively worse, we were there 3 days and it was worse each day. A maintenance man came, he put down some type of deodorant. He came back in an hour to check it. Another person on our floor said he had the same thing in his room and that he left the pool because the odor was so bad. When the maintenance man returned he said the smell came from the street sewers. I do not understand if they know this is a problem why use these rooms? It was our last night so I put a towel over the drain in the shower and closed the toilet lid and pulled up the sink stopper which improved it. The hotel was not at capacity so I can not fathom why they used our room when it is apparently an ongoing problem. I would advise you if you are assigned room 229 ask to be relocated. Read less

Such a great hotel! Close to everything downtown & lots of great restaurants. From check in to checkout great customer service. I loved the pool on the rooftop & the ambience of the lobby. The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the food choices in and around the property were many and varied. Despite the chaos, Abbey at the front desk completed my check in and recognized I was having a bad day, too. The airline had lost my luggage. She was great and did everything she could to accommodate me. I highly recommend the Kimpton Rowan at Palm Springs. Read less
