Very pleasant to stay at. After the conference, it was a restful place to be. I had to check out and then get another room, because I had missed booked the length of time of the conference. The next room was bigger and it cost less than the first room I was in. Due to the excellent staff at front desk.
Good Hotel, Great Location, Fantastic Grounds but in need of a refurb.

Pro’s
- Location is superb. Right in the centre of town with plenty of parking too:
- Grounds are lovely. Very nice swimming pool area and the lobby etc are all incredibly smart.
- Everything in the room worked and it got the job done
Cons
- The room, whilst comfortable, had a bit of a musty smell and the interior has seen better days.

Overall I had a good stay here. Didn’t use the pool but it looked great, but really enjoyed being right in the middle of Palm Springs. The staff were friendly and courteous too.
The main flip side was the room being a bit shabby. They’re doing a big refurb next year, so my advice is wait until that’s done, then it’l be a five star experience without a doubt.

There were renovations happening during our stay but it was not too loud and was actually barely noticeable, I look forward to coming to stay again in one of the updated rooms will be a nice touch!
The pool area is large and always very clean with lots of floaties to use for guests at the hotel.
The staff are all super friendly, my fave staff member is MAX ask to meet him when you go and stay and you won't be disappointed!

Disappointing. Bathrooms and carpets not clean, Rooms need updating desperately

Had to call several times to have sink and bathroom unclogged. Also took several times to get fresh towels. Maid service is only every 2 days, but they don't tell you that until you get there
Not as good as we knew it

This is the 6th visit to this hotel when travelling the states but it really does have to be the worst. Outdated, check in was the worst I’ve experienced, stained towels and on returning to my room I found two men in there, apparently the door key had broke although I’d been there 24 hours. They told me it was since the time change but this was…
