I was there for a conference 1/6-1/10 2025 and was warmly greeted upon arrival by Justin & Will. Being a Marriott Bonvoy member , I was upgraded to a larger, beautiful suite. (Please note that doesn’t always happen. It’s all based on availability/occupancy & types of rooms a hotel has) All of the staff I encountered were so friendly and accommodating every time I called down or passed by the FD, Concierge, Lobby or Lobby Bar , Rocks. Even the housekeepers I passed on my floor and even the one who came to clean my room, as I was leaving the property was so kind. I’d especially like to mention the following for going above and beyond to make my stay and time there extra enjoyable: -Will , Justin & FD Manager Jackie- who took such good care of me every day and tolerated my quirky ways and jokes -Gordie at Concierge who went out of his way to provide me with great dining & bar information and sent a special keepsake to my room to remember my wonderful stay -Jeremy at Rocks Bar who during every visit, asked what I liked to drink and then asked me to trust his expertise , based on my info and he delivered a great craft cocktail every time! Hopefully I didn’t miss anyone! Every encounter was exceptional as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The convenience of this hotel being connected to The Convention Center, the main streets where there’s dining, bars, shops, a street market on Thursdays ,the Casino and The Agua Caliente Cultural Museum in Palm Springs, is so great! Just be aware that Sunday-Wednesdays , places tend to close a little early if it’s not Pride or another citywide event. Great staff who are friendly and nice. Comfy bed. Quiet. Great location for downtown Palm Springs and airport. Next to convention center. Great exercise room. Modern Marriott facility. Overall a great experience and price point for the service and convenience.

Walking into this hotel after a year and seeing Mat’s smiling face behind the bar again was great! Such wondetful staff and a wonderful centrally located place to stay! Thank you Fern for upgrading our room as well. Highly recommend this place!!

Clarissa was so helpful! Unfortunately, the first room that was assigned to us smelled like cigarette smoke so we told Clarissa about it and she immediately found us a new room. She upgraded us to a suite and the suite was fabulous and smelled amazing. We were so grateful for her help!

Gordie the Concierge was extremely helpful and very professional. Such a pleasure to work with as he set our group up for a private event. He made sure everything was taken care of and followed up afterwards. Top Notch First Class Service!! Thank you Gordie!! 5 stars ++++
