Just steps away from the white sands and surfboards of Southern California, the Seabird Resort is a coastal estate in which you can relax, eat and drink, and get pampered to your hearts content. The hotel offers a beach concierge service with chairs, umbrellas and other essential supplies for you. The standard rooms are spacious, plenty of which offer ocean views - but if you're travelling as a larger group then the suites offer expansive balconies, large soaking tubs, and that extra bit of luxury for your stay. At the Shore Room you'll find iconic views, ocean delicacies, and craft cocktails - often accompanied by live acoustic music sets on 'Sparkling Sundays'. Sunny's Spa and and Beauty Lounge is on hand, whatever treatment you may be after, or relaxing on the chaise lounges around the pool could be enough for you! The hotel is next door to the sister resort, Mission Pacific Hotel, which offers a rooftop bar with live DJ sessions if you're looking for a more lively evening out.

I appreciated the in room coffee, safe, robe/slippers and the water fill stations on each floor. I enjoyed breakfast & dinner at Piper restaurant - both very good. The hotel let me know in advance to book restaurant reservations as a busy weekend. I also liked that the hotel was walkable - retail, restaurants and walking paths. It is a drive from the airport - but once there, worth it. Read less

Such a wonderful hotel. The lobby decor is stunning and I appreciated the art displayed around the hotel. So many lovely spots to tuck yourself away in, including really great ocean view fire pits. Food and drink was of exceptionally high quality and the service was flawless. Thank you especially Russ Jackson, who went to great lengths to ensure my stay was fab. Would 100% recommend. Read less

It's a lovely property, just off the beach in Oceanside. But bring your own drinks and snacks! There is nothing available to purchase after 9 pm. No vending machines, no market, no bowl of fruit at reception. Absolutely nothing. Food quality was low and prices are quite high for what you get, if you were able to get there before they closed. … Read more

Jan 27, 2025 Q9861TIrachelm Traverse City,

Excellently attentive staff everywhere on the property. Shoutouts to the front desk folks and housekeeping for their attention to detail. I attended for a conference but would go back for a vacation should I ever head back towards Oceanside.

Luc and Tyron at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating! Joseph was a great server at Piper The hotel itself is very nice and clean at all areas. We were able to go to the rooftop bar at the Mission next door and room charge there. Top Gun house was pretty cool too. Would stay here again!
