Hotel was nice and clean and roomy, Staff were great. The location can't be beat. The views weren't the best but whatever. The only down thing is all the cigarette butts by the outdoor firepits.

I would have given this hotel top marks but for two points. The first was the check in and out process both of which took too long. The second related to the grab and go area where the person serving was sat on her stool doing something on her phone for a couple of minutes before looking to see if there were any customers. I would have given this hotel top marks but for two points. The first was the check in and out process both of which took too long. The second related to the grab and go area where the person serving was sat on her stool doing something on her phone for a couple of minutes before looking to see if there were any customers. Apart from these two points I couldn't fault the hotel. It was clean, well kept and all the facilities (and more) that I required. It is ideally situated for visiting Fisherman's Wharf. I recommend it and would stay there again should I ever return to San Francisco. Read less

This place never fails! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and affordable. The buffet breakfast has everything you can ask for. I always wishing I could stay longer

The hotel breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I’ve been to a couple of hotels with breakfasts in America and this one was definitely the best. They FINALLY had some fresh fruits and vegetables. I was not expecting to see any until I go home to Europe, it was a pleasant surprise! They even had strawberries! And lots of other things as well. And… Read more
