Not too fancy, but not too shabby either. Place had a really cool vibe to it, staff were friendly and accomodating, services was above average, but the overall stay was very nice. Please also send my regards to LA for going the extra mile for me. Solid 5-5 for the whole experience.

Love this hotel, charmaine at the front was very friendly. The room were small, clean and comfortable. Stayed here on the weekends, they have free breakfast, some pastries and donuts. Location was perfect,near the train station. Also loved the 24 hr gym access, perfect for late night workouts.

The billing was really transparent, which I really appreciated since I'm on a budget. Over all a great stay if you have business in San Francisco.

Loved everything about the hotel, the playarea was a plus. Room was clean and had everything we needed includinh a very comfortable bed. The location was also great. Center of the city. Very pleasant staff at the front desk, shoutout to Charmaine. Overall we would definitely stay hete again.
