Charming oceanside hotel newly remodeled with professional staff and gracious valets (especially Jorge, Emerson, and Andrew). From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and easily checked in from the front desk. By accident our teenage son forgot some essential toiletries and they were able to provide them immediately including toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and contained a safe and refrigerator. I was a little surprised that there were no coffee supplies, however, coffee/tea/hot chocolate were provided complimentary in the lobby each morning. Exterior back patio was spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully for the holiday season, and offered a heated pool. Our family enjoyed the outdoor pool for the afternoon even though the air was chilly - pool was toasty. Only drawback - we wanted to enjoy watching some professional football while outside at the pool area and there are no TV on the property outside of your rooms. No biggy! Three outstanding guys to mention: Apolo, Jesus & Manuel-W - they were very friendly & helpful with my car and luggage. They even surprised me and charged my car overnight. Oh the food at the restaurant was great too! Great brunch and excellent service.… Read more

A great stay especially David, Marcos and Jesus at the valet parking who are fantastic, super attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Their friendliness was remarkable, making it fun to come back to the hotel each time. Great work guys!

We had an amazing stay! I booked 2 rooms for our family. Loved the location, views, outdoor space and pool. The staff and food were incredible. The rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby was beautiful. I highly recommend and will absolutely return.
