Nico has been an amazing host. He went out of his way to make our visit memorable. The executive club was quite comfortable and the refreshments were very thoughtful. Having the lounge operating in this manner definitely makes me consider the property in my decision making about travel to NO.

Loved my time here, came around christmas for the holidays. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was helpful when issues arose. Went to the Executive Lounge with my family and the staff there, Nico, was very kind, attentive, and welcoming.
