Image of the Tripadvisor rating Painfully slow valet service

The actual hotel accommodations were fine. The valet parking is the worst I have experienced at any hotel ever. It’s painfully slow to even get to the valet entrance because the cars are backed up down Canal Street . Retrieval of your vehicle when needed is also excruciatingly slow. I strongly recommend if you stay in this hotel that you park in… Read more

I strongly recommend if you stay in this hotel that you park in one of the nearby garages. The closest one is about a 4 minute walk. Read less

Fantastic location with excellent facilities but would benefit from a freshen up of rooms. What made our stay exceptional was the advice and recommendations of Glenn, the concierge. His local knowledge of all things food and music was amazing and we followed almost all of his recommendations, only missing some due to a lack of time. Thank you… Read more

My friends and I stayed there for 3 days, overall I’d give the stay a 6/10. The ranking would have been higher but on the very last day, they came to the room and told my friend that she had to vacate the room because I had checked out the room. I had not. Checkout is not till 11 and the fact they lied about me closing out the stay…you don’t do… Read more

Also, the emergency alarm went off twice and the last time we weren’t notified that the emergency was over. Read less

These was one of the worst experiences with a Sheraton. We arrived late at night, the service at midnight was rude and not helpful. I thought it was because of the night shift. It wasn't. The service next day was even worst. Shower water doesn't run good, I had to change room twice because the water wasn't going down and they didn't sent a… Read more

The service next day was even worst. Shower water doesn't run good, I had to change room twice because the water wasn't going down and they didn't sent a Maintenance guy to check it. My friends had to change rooms as well because theirs was indredibly dirty. There's a door that joins two rooms, and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighboor is saying. I'm hearing a conversation of the neighboor with her mon as I'm writing this review. Overall, I would DEFINITELY won't recommend this hotel. Read less
