Going at Christmas was wonderful

No complaints at all. Simply magical at Christmas time. So neat you could see an Elvis movie nightly. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice there was a shuttle. The staff experience was above and beyond!! It was my first time at Graceland and a dream come true

Great location very close to Graceland.
Comfortable rooms and a lots of fun to explore, especially if you in love with Elvis Presley music.
Safe parking spaces, good food and great staff.

Very clean. Well maintained, friendly staff, rooms are spacious. Rooms have fridge but microwave is in hall. Does offer transportation to Graceland and Downtown Memphis. Several restaurants on site for all taste. Offers entertaining in the lounge as well as Elvis movie nights.

Service was top notch and the hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel honors Graceland without being over the top. Rooms were clean and fresh, restaurants were fabulous and open to meet the needs of all guests. They did not close too early, like many hotel restaurants do.

The best service and amenities. We loved the movies in the theater and the PB and J sandwiches. The staff were amazing. The decor was all Elvis. We loved the shuttle service too. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bar and all the food were excellent. The nightly entertainment was fantastic. We will be back!!!!
