Work meeting with approx 150 people attending. Only 1 out of 4 elevators were operational. When trying to take the stairs, doors likened and unable to get onto lower floor. Concerning for fire safety. Ice machine didn't work on 3rd floor. Food served by hotel at initial greet and meet was terrible. Doughy undercooked egg rolls, dried out chewy… Read more

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Starbucks in lobby is a great bonus. Check in could have been quicker. Valet was confusing with the entrance and people who worked there. Perfect location to be close to everything but away from the noise.

I am a Hilton rewards member. We have had good experiences at the different level hotels in the Hilton chain. When we first arrived, the waitress at the hotel restaurant was beyond sweet. We were running around sightseeing the next day. We came back in our room wasn’t done. Housekeeping was on our floor, so we assumed they would eventually get to our room. We went back out and came back and they had not done our room. I went downstairs to the front desk. The gentleman was very nice and apologized. He also gave us breakfast vouchers. I later found out that our friends room was not done either. The other front desk people seemed as though helping guests was a bother. The waiter, who took care of us the next two nights in the restaurant, was very rude. After being arrogant and not helpful, he told us if we ‘decided to be generous by giving him a big tip to please do it in cash.’ When I asked for 12 o’clock check out, I was told they couldn’t because housekeeping was too busy. That was without a doubt insult to injury. The valets were super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back in Nashville and we will definitely not be back to this Double Tree!!! Read less

I would not recommend this hotel. We struggled with the customer service all week long during our stay. The hotel had elevator trouble all week, it was either really slow or one was broken down. We went most of the week without Shower Gel, because the hotel was out of it. I am not sure how a hotel runs out of shower gel, or why a staff person… Read more
I would not recommend this hotel. We struggled with the customer service all week long during our stay. The hotel had elevator trouble all week, it was either really slow or one was broken down. We went most of the week without Shower Gel, because the hotel was out of it. I am not sure how a hotel runs out of shower gel, or why a staff person could not go to the store and get shower Gel to refill the large containers on the shower walls. The valet and bell service were non-existent. Not one time during our stay did we have anyone even ask to help with luggage, open a car door or barley speak. We also struggled with getting our room cleaned throughout the week. The hotel is located in a good area and good location, just seems like the staff is not well trained in customer service. Read less
