The hotel

Rubbing shoulders with America’s biggest country music attractions, Hilton Nashville Downtown guarantees you’ll make the most of every moment you’re in town. With Walk of Fame Park as your front garden, leading you straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame, it’s also just a block from Ryman Auditorium and near Nashville’s famous honky tonk bars. You can kick off your day with breakfast at the hotel’s MarketStreet, before hitting the gym or taking in Nashville’s sights – or more importantly its sounds. And, whether you’re back for lunch, dinner, or just evening cocktails, you’ve got the striking atrium’s Symphony Café, The Palm Steakhouse, and the authentic Abruzzi tastes of its Italian restaurant, Il Mulino Trattoria, to pick from. Although, as this is an all-suite hotel, you may be tempted to just order room service instead.

Such an excellent, memorable stay. Anusha was extremely helpful and welcoming. The valet attendants were very kind as well. Within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena and so many museums. I highly recommend this hotel to families who want to experience the best of Nashville!

Great location! More importantly, great staff. The people there were great! Very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed talking with the bartender, Trey Huston. He gave us tips on where to go and was great company. We plan on coming back and will stay at the downtown Hilton when we do! Thanks again for a great experience!

Two of us traveling together both Hilton Honors. Executive Club Suite. First the good. Great location to walk to Broadway, the Ryman, etc. very pretty entry, Lobby, Check in desk. Suite was clean, comfortable , quiet on the 9th floor after the noise died down from the free concert across the street. Now the rest. Rudest front desk I’ve encountered in a while. It took a lot of professionalism to remain polite. We asked where the club is, thinking long trip, a Coke might be nice. Agent A waves hand in general direction and says duwn there. We walk can’t find it. Nicely ask clerk in coffee shop, who doesn’t look up and points the opposite direction from where we had been told. Room Key to lounge doesn’t work . Back to desk avoiding first agent and get barely cordial Agent B who fixes keys. Lounge was OK. Clean, sodas, coffee, chips. Returned to hotel after meetings having seen room service available till midnight. Front desk clerk informs us room service on Tuesday closed 20 minutes ago . Only Fri and Dat available till midnight. Nothing can be done. She couldn’t care less either. Nashville is full of great hotels with great service. This hotel could be one of them but they clearly have a staff issue. Can’t behave that way to people who travel all the time and know. Read less

Breakfast was fabulous and I appreciated that they did not use styrofoam anything. Dishes, cups, and glasses were glass/porcelain and they did not use the tiny butter or tiny jam containers. A very good experience all around. Read less
