The service was terrific, the breakfast was always timely and plated well. The buffet has a wide variety if you choose to go that route. We mostly stayed at the adult pool each day. The staff was extremely helpful and pool area was clean and set up beautifully.
We will be extremely sad to leave tomorrow! Your staff is what makes this location outstanding!
Every restaurant encounter was kind, professional, and food was great.
Mahalo!!

3 star resort at best.

We just checked in today and I am shocked that this is a Four Seasons resort, I would rate this 3 stars at best. We have stayed at Four Seasons resorts all over the world and this property is my least favorite. We have stayed at Four Seasons resorts all over the world and this property is my least favorite. The carpet in the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, there’s no dresser to store your unpacked clothing in, the lounge chairs at the pool are old and falling apart. I am shocked that this is a Four Seasons property. The guest room is the quality of a days inn. Four Seasons Maui and Four Seasons on the big Island of Hawaii are sooooooo much nicer.

Great until wallet stolen on Thanksgiving
Dec 2, 2024Andrew WHouston, Texas
Resort was great until my wallet and dry bag went missing at our cabana on Thanksgiving day. All the individuals we interacted with were very nice and kind to our family but this is a public beach that you need to be careful at apparently. Reported to the police and the resort but no response.
Awesome place for annual relaxation

My days all start at Hokule’a and the entire staff was very friendly and made us feel like family.
Most of our time was spent by the pool and beach, and the staff members there really seemed to go out of their way to make sure our trip was great. My wife and I both enjoy finding out about the people who work there. As much as we enjoy the facilities, it is the staff that makes it a true Four Seasons experience and makes it our annual vacation home.
We ate at all three restaurants, as well as pool side and were never disappointed.
I highly recommend this resort. One bit of advise, please remember, the staff is there to serve you, not to be your servants. They are amazing people.

Excellent rooms, super fast elevators, lots of space and pools. Luxury hotel and services. Beautiful property. The adult pool is a very good place to spend time, there is great service, food and drink available and a great view of the pacific.
