The hotel

Surrounded by lush palm trees, with views of the ocean, this hotel will have you feeling relaxed in no time. From the real hardwood flooring in every room to the volcanic slate flooring through the rest of the property the hotel symbolises the beautiful Hawaiian island throghout - giving you the real 'Beach Life' experience. Opt for a terrace room for the best views and outdoor space, and you'll get access to the Monkeypod Club Lounge too which also offers stunning views from the top of the hotel (and some free snacks of course!). The infinity pool is beautiful, and is accompanied by a poolside bar and restaurant that gives off 'Beach Club' vibes. You're only steps from Luxury Row with it's shops, restaurants and bars, and you can also be at the beach in no time - where you'll have beach chairs, umbrellas and all you need for a day on the sand. Oh, and we musn't forget about the sauna - Waikiki's only park view sauna, and that really adds to the experience.

take care paying - we paid twice and all enquiries have been ghosted. No professionalism, only interested in the bottom line, not customer support. Pity as the location is pretty good and the rooms clean, but issues with payment and a few other things have left a bad taste in our mouths. Nice hotel, friends staff, but we have been charged twice for the room - once by the airline / package and a second time by the hotel. I have tried phoning and emailing via their comment page, but no reply. Ghosting all forms of enquiries, I would be extremely careful when leaving credit card details.

This hotel was like a home away from home for us. All of the staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond for us definitely above industry standard. Housekeeping was provided 2/4 days of our stay. The pillows were uncomfortable and there was a crack in the wall for the towel hanger

I would not stay at this hotel again. Poor quality bedding and pillows. Silver Queen room has very little natural light with only small windows that look out to palm trees. The only perk is that we were part of a wedding block and all the other guests were there, too. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
