The hotel

Great rooms, good atmosphere in casino, great service overall. Check in was a breeze, checkout was even smoother. Room service was on point, casino floor was filled with helpful employees and had a great vibe overall. Ceasers is my go to resort

Her demeanor made me feel that she really cared and I appreciated it. She is a great ambassador for the hotel as the first person a guest encounters when checking in. On a scale of 1 - 5, she was obviously >5 for attitude as well as customer satisfaction. In addition to Tonia, I spoke to a host, Shayan. He also displayed wonderful service as I needed other Caesars properties reservations cancelled as I decided to revise my trip to stay entirely at Caesars Palace. I have had issues with the Ceasars app when making back to back reservations but this was easily accomplished by Shayan, taking care of the cancelations as well as the new revised reservation. All of the above assistance was greatly appreciated. It feels good to be treated in this fashion. Read less

Everything was great! From our amazing room, to all the delicious food options, and of course the gambling! All the staff and workers were friendly and took care of anything we needed, especially Emma at the front desk. We'll be back for sure!
