Caesars Palace

The Strip, Las Vegas

Virgin rating

The hotel

This Las Vegas legend hasn’t outlasted many of its neighbours by accident. Look beyond its decadent glory-of-Rome exterior and you’ll find supremely well-appointed, contemporary rooms and suites without a whiff of white marble overkill. There are few Vegas resorts that can hold a Roman candle to Caesar’s casino and gaming options, while foodies could happily spend days ticking off the relaxed and upscale eateries on offer. Likewise, if retail therapy is on your mind, the resort’s Forum Shops is an opulent mall that’s been dubbed ‘The Shopping Wonder of the World’. And did we mention that Caesar’s Palace continues to host the grandest of grand Vegas performers such as Adele at its 4,000 plus seater Colosseum stadium?

Extremely long wait time at check in and when your keys were not working. Traveling during Christmas, so I was expecting long wait time at check in. But my keys stopped working twice during my stay. I put them no near my phone or any magnetic items, but still happened twice to me. I had to call the security at my room door, as I had a sleepy kid with me when it happened. Security never showed up. After waiting for 30 mins, I decided to drag my kid and went down to the front desk. The check in line was huge. I talked to one of the managers, and told her my situation. And she was smirking at me and put me in the waiting line. I didn’t get clear look at her name, but she was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, and hell of a customer service. Compared to Venetian, Palazzo and other high end resorts, Caesar’s Palace is completely overrated. The room I had was worn out, and carpet was not clean. Be cautious when you choose Caeser’s palace. We stayed here on a business trip - it’s a Vegas iconic experience They are first class and do a brilliant job. Our positive experience stared at check in with Seifer - he was both pleasant and professional - helping us with a request right at check in - We noticed how safe and clean the entire complex is. The security in the lobby prior to the elevator is most appreciated and comforting Our room was big - very big - I will say that it would be nice if they left a little bit of room in the refrigerator to put at least one or two bottles of water without fear of being charged a fee The end room refrigerator fee situation is one area that could be improved upon It’s rather loud in the casino area - but that’s just a reality - they need a Starbucks in a quite area The shops - with the ceiling are magnificent The vibe is wonderful I do wish some of the gift shop items were not quite as expensive I loved our stay - I would stay again - you should stay with confidence and enjoy Go enjoy Read less
