When you’re looking for a video poker bar in the middle of the day, this is the place. Angelina will take excellent care of you and make your afternoon fun. She has an amazing ability to remember people and their favorite beverages despite seeing millions of visitors every year. It’s like going to Vegas to meet up with your favorite sister.

I have been to Vegas many times. I am seven star and have usually stayed at Caesar’s or Cosmo with a friend. I’ve always wanted to stay at the CROMWELL and sew how the rooms and property is. This was a solo trip for just a few days so decided to do just that. Booking was simple and I stayed in a Luxury room. At check in I was given other options but chose to stay in the Luxury Room for the better view of the strip and the Fountains. The room was nice and comfortable. The Cromwell is more on the side of a homely bed and breakfast rather than a newly upgraded spacious ikea set with fancy carpet and wallpaper. I loved the feel of the rooms and property. First off there is a scent as soon as you enter the property that I personally have always liked. The rooms is furnished with over sized furniture and hard wood floors. It fits the space well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. Big walking shower with inspirational quotes on the wall and floor to bring mirrors. I opted for no daily room service, but the attendants were in the hall every day assisting and turning over rooms. They were all pleasant. The EATWELL coffee shop has good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I never had a line. They are also 1:1 comps or charge to the room. Location is right in the middle of everything which I Liked to be walking distance to so much. On the corner across from Flamingo and the walkway to cross to Caesars made a convenient location to stay. I only found one flaw, but probably more for others rather than for me. My room was on the front corner of the hotel on floor 6. View was nice as I could see up the street towards Horseshoe as well as up the strip towards Bellagio. That being said it may be the busiest corner on the strip so there is a bit of street noise during the day and evening. At night it was just fine. I personally did not have any issues with it, but just be away that forward rooms may sacrifice quiet for views. CASINO is smaller than most, and not too crowded. Table always appeared busier than slots. I did play slots at a few properties and actually did better at the CROMWELL then Caesar’s and elsewhere. I ate all my dinners at Caesar’s as the options at Cromwell just were not to my liking. I WOULD stay here again and select a forward room as well. I’m not bothered as others would be by the street noise. Read less

Arrived 04Jan25 for a comp room booked through Caesar’s VIP line via rewards app. Upon arrival was informed that only room available was not the room requested. This was not a big deal as we had arrived later on a Saturday and were only staying two nights. But the room itself was really rough and a bit dirty. Definitely not acceptable (also had major plumbing issue). I explained these issues with the front desk attendant Justin and was told he would relay these issues to management when they arrive at 10:00 am. I did receive a call and was offered a room change and a $25 food/bev credit. The next room was much better maintained and all plumbing worked as intended and did not pose any health issues. At check out the $25 credit was applied to our room charge (breakfast) and we enjoyed our final night. Well I got home today to find another small charge from Cromwell front desk on my CC statement which was not on my folio. I called VIP line/Cromwell and there are no notes regarding the charge, so I am given the Caesar’s billing hotline. Once in touch with a Cromwell agent I am told that I took gummy worms and pringles from the mini bar (I certainly did not). I understand these items are weighed and steer clear of them. I was asked at check out if I took anything from the minibar to who I answered “no”, and so was the gentleman checking out next to me so I figured part of Cromwell checkout process. This is a small charge, but pretty insulting after the issues with the room. And the lack of transparency at check out if there was a thought that I may have taken items. Mention it then! Vegas gets enough of my money I’m not trying to be cheap over a can of chips and bag of worms? Be better Caesar’s/Cromwell Read less
