As HGV owners this is the second time staying here. We like the convince of being attached to the mall. I know check in is at 3 and we got to the resort at 11:30 I asked if the room would be ready earlier. As the girl was checking she pushed us to sign up for the owners review told her we attended one in Orlando 2 months ago her reply was since we didn’t want to attend our room wouldn’t be ready until 3. At 2:30 asked again if room was ready was told no not until 3 when she was assigning people to rooms in front of us. This is the worst resort for owners reviews the are very pushy trying to sell you more points. Won’t take no for an answer. The first time we ever used our timeshare in 2023 was told you must attend the owners review every visit that was not correct as we have stayed in our timeshare 3 times since and was told it is not required to the owners review but they would like you to attend 1 time per year to learn about the new benefits. Room was great very clean great view of the northern part of the strip. They claim the pool is heated it is not it wasn’t enjoyable way to cold. With other HGV places on the strip we may decided to stay elsewhere just because the staff.

Ok stay

The hotel is well located in the heart of the strip area, attached to the Circle Mall and short walk to Planet Hollywood.
The room was ok, comfortable bed and linen, small kitchen facility with toaster, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. Cutlery etc for four people.
Decoration and furniture dated, no restaurant available, only a Starbucks.
This is the hotel you want to stay at in Vegas!

The view was awesome and the mattress was super comfy. As a single woman, I appreciated the security, you have to scan your keycard before the elevators. I was only there for an evening so didn't try the amenities but if you can upgrade to a jetted tub? I'd do it, though they need grab bars because I was too slippery to get out gracefully.

The lobby bar overcharged us. It showed on our C/C account when we got home. We have called twice and emailed without a resolution. Dishwasher does not clean well. We had to wash our dishes upon arrival before use. Housekeeping is extremely prompt with requests!
Really Nice room!

We were in San Diego last year and were approached with the popular "2 day vacation " pitch, and all we had to do was listen to a 90-minute time share pitch. There were a bunch of places we were interested in, like Scottsdale, Hilton Head, and on. After reading reviews (not very good) on Sedona and others, along with the above, we decided on Vegas since it was a cheap flight. Our plan was to do 2 days for free and switch to another hotel for a 4-day weekend. That's pretty much what we did.
Okay, so the room was fantastic on 52nd floor with great views, full kitchen but no balcony. Awesome sunrises, close to Miracle Mile Shops, and we could Uber everywhere within reason or walk. Only problem was, they were getting ready for Formula Grand Prix so EVERYTHING was under construction. Not their fault, though, but I recommend researching before you go.
The property itself was great, but we didn't hang out at the pool or fitness center. Lobby bar and coffee shop was convenient, and the ride share area was easily accessible.
It has been 20 years since I've been to a timeshare sales pitch and not much has changed, other than the price. Very similar to buying a car back in the eighties. They start with a nice person who figures out how you like to vacation and how often. After about an hour of chit chat, we finally get to the price. They could literally not tell me how many dollars a "point" is worth because "it depends on what program you do." Long story short, it wasn't for us and we told them that. Then they bring in someone else that tries to sell us a cheaper version. Still not for us. Then, they bring in yet another person that offers us a trial membership for 18 months. Not for us. They were nice and they did credit us our 25,000 Honors Points. There was no balance but I recommend verifying your status before checking out and making sure it was really free. As a retired couple that was a lot of money they asked us to lay out and they wanted you to do it TODAY! If you have an extra $130,000 you want to lay out, that's fine, but not for us. Great property and worth the time to check it out
