The room was clean and comfortable. We were charged resort fees, but the pools were empty. We requested to be refunded and told no. We booked through a third party who assured us all we would owe at the property was the deposit. I even called twice and was told the same!

Great stay, value and customer service. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Was celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and the staff was super sweet and accommodating, Manager Denise, went above and beyond. We had a great time… conveniently located for all we needed.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of choices for food and gambling. Had a bacon burger at Johnny Rockets and it was very good, would definitely go back for it again. Met a family member for drinks at Dicks Last Resort and we always have a good time there.

Good budget hotel. Good location, rooms. Restaurant, bars, convenience store, casino and coffee shop on site. My only complaint was the room service, our room wasn't cleaned the whole weekend. We had to ask for towels. Easy to get cabs and Ubers. Close to the airport.

I've stayed here every year since 2019. Every stay has been great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good choice of food in house. Dick's Last Resort is fun and has great food. Employees are great. Easy walking to other hotels and restaurants. You need to see the Tournament of Kings. Very entertaining.
