You're sure to find everything you need here for a classic Vegas trip - from shops to restaurants, and plenty of bars and shows. There’s the casino too of course, with its traditional reels, video poker, slots machines and roulette tables but, if Lady Luck and you have been flirting too much, head on over to the oversized poolside — it’s rocking. And yes, we do mean literally, with DJ music, private cabanas and plenty of shaded areas thanks to the palm trees! Being in the centre of the strip is great for enjoying all that Vegas has to offer, and it's also great when it comes to hotel room views too - choose between High Roller views, looking out on the South of the Strip, or our personal favourite, the fountain view. Whichever room you pick here, you're sure to have a blast.

The staff had no compassion my entire trip the front desk and cleaning staff have very flat personalities. (Rarely a smile)The front desk staff feels like talking to a difficult computer system , never listening to my concerns just trying to up charge the entire time. My room was nice but was not cleaned throughly at all. All the walls in the bedroom had stains. (Couldn’t capture in a photo). The room had very comfortable bedding and they provide a wireless charger in the room which was nice and we also had a great view. The elevators are clean and fast.We were able to enjoy the site of the new sphere which is a site to see.
I was charged to check in early the change to an upgrade for more money to end up in a room that had a better view that was not throughly cleaned. She said this would be a good view for my boyfriend first time in Vegas and the view was nice.
Called to ask if late check out was an option because my flight did not leave until 9pm and I was told as long as I call before 11am at checkout. I called at 5am and was told that no late check out options were available for a Tuesday morning. I had to visit the front desk and the lady I spoke with was Extremely rude to me and by the end of the conversation the room costed me an additional $150 to stay late. Upon my time to leave for the airport I called to asked about my checkout options and the lady had a hard time understanding that I just wanted to make sure that the checkout will be complete to as I exit the state back to Ohio and she repeatedly tired to argue with me because she believed I wanted a discount because I didn’t use the room the entire time but that was never stated by me I explained everything that happened to help her understand that I would be back in Ohio during my actual check out time. After going back and forth several times she understood that I was not in search of any discount.( at this point I just need to leave this hotel)

Just a random casino.

Played blackjack at the high limit section. When compared to the rest of the casinos in Vegas, the high limit table game area needs an face lift. It looks outdated, dingy and unclean. Service is mediocre. It need some much needed updated lighting.
Outdated hotel with poor service

The cleaning staff were an exception, they were helpful and did a great job everyday. Hotel is in a good location to access the vegas strip and the rooms were comfortable and quiet but overall would not recommend this hotel.

Extra Charges
Dec 17, 2024Inspire13117715710
Checked out at front desk at 4am (check out time is 11am) and got charged a late check fee after the fact. My credit card statement was showing more than my receipt.
No mention of a late charge from the front desk. After years of staying there will now go elsewhere.
Majorly disappointed

The Horseshoe is in dire need of a new air filtration system. We’ve stayed at various hotels up and down the Strip and have never experienced air quality issues this bad.
Our trip got off to a rocky start when the “south strip view” room we paid extra for with early check-in wasn’t ready upon arrival. Thankfully, Jeff at the front desk was helpful and switched us to a room with a view of the Sphere, which ended up being the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, the room itself was outdated and not truly clean. We couldn’t even sit on the couch due to visible stains that appeared to be from bodily fluids—absolutely unacceptable.
We ended up spending most of our time at Paris, which was conveniently within walking distance. It was a far better experience than anything Horseshoe had to offer.
