We've stayed at NYNY many times and have tried others as well. We like NYNY for a couple of key reasons: Good value (I always get a deal in the app), easy access (this is one of the most convenient hotels for getting in and out of if you have a rental car), nice rooms (we get a soho premium), and good food choices (for mid-range priced options).… Read more

This stayed was another good one. Use the mobile app to check in an avoid a line at check in. Overall I recommend NYNY for a great stay in Las Vegas. Read less

We booked 2 beds then we were "upgraded" to king bed spa with roller bed. The reason was because they were saving the 2 queen bed rooms for more than 1 day stays. I'm not sure why they advertise the room if they will upgrade to a crappy room. The TV wasn't working, tech had to go fix. The spa drained super slow. The roller bed was super… Read more

This is a "one and done" hotel for me. We had a terrible experience getting checked in, the lines were insanely long. For context, we were a group of women traveling together and requested connecting rooms. Upon check in the front desk clerk assured us they would be connecting, one of the rooms was available now and the other we had to wait for housekeeping to finish up. So we loaded up our things and went to the first room. After an hour of waiting for the second room I went downstairs to check. Christian from front desk informed me that room had just been assigned to someone else and the best he could do was put us in a room on the same floor but complete opposite locations. We took it, went to the room to find it smelled strongly of sick/vomit. Went back down to ask if we could upgrade both rooms, he told us know and that we would have to deal with the vomit smell. We went to another front desk clerk who quickly changed our room to the one literally next door to our friends. This was 2 hours of needless frustration and we missed our dinner reservation dealing with all of this. I'm not normally one to complain on hotel reviews, but this left a sour taste in my mouth. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable. We loved the new layout in these rooms and thought the rooms were the best part of the hotel. The resort itself has a fun New York street area we loved, but the rest of it smells strongly of cigarettes. If given a choice between this hotel or Park MGM I'd go with the Park. Read less

Easy check in. Valet was easy and the staff were super fast. Loved the room and hotel restaurants. Check out just as easy and got my valet checked in car fast. I used the kiosk and app for check in and out. I enjoyed not standing in any lines and they cleaned my room and it was such a nice room.
