The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

The hotel has really declined from what it was. What used to feel like a luxury experience now feels a little bit better than a Days Inn. We never got housekeeping service, after calling to request it And asking the housekeeper in the hall to service our room. We called for towels and garbage bags three times over three days since housekeeping wasn't replacing them but they never showed. When I asked they said they had one person and they were going as fast as possible. One person for a 3000+ room hotel does not seem like good planning. They also have a minibar in the room that takes up half the desk making it difficult to work. Read less

I was able to ping my phone using the Find My app and track the phone to the security office but they denied they had it. After repeated attempts with security, I watched my phone trave to California the next day. I filed a police report with the Las Vegas Vegas police. I can also see the address where the phone ended up and have filed a report in that town as well. Overall security at this hotel is lacking . You don’t need to be a registered guest to take the elevators. Read less

The room was very nice, large walk-in shower and bed was very comfortable, Casino was very clean and people very friendly. I visited many other Ceasars properties and found the Paris to have very friendly service over the other properties.

Paris could be so much more, but it probably won't be unless travelers rebel. It shows in deferred maintenance, sparse housekeeping, and lack of included amenities. Our TV didn't work. Bathroom shower pressure was very low, and then dripped slowly all night no matter what we tried. Temperature control was a suggestion rather than command. Hilariously expensive minibar wasn't a big issue, I get the cost of convenience. What's inexcusable is the complete lack of complimentary waters, coffee or tea. Not asking for 5 star resort service at a 3 star price, but even the most humble roadside inn offers some free Liptons tea packets and instant coffee. Management seems cynical enough to push the problems of angry customers onto their frontline staff. I am positive they get tons of complaints due to the minibar sensors double charging guests. But what's the alternative when all hotels are owned by a few megacorps? A shame because Paris has a fantastic location right in the middle of the Strip. The casino floor isn't overwhelming, the faux Parisian street is charming, and the restaurants are good as well. It's a good base for exploring all Las Vegas has to offer. It's also next door to perhaps the world's busiest CVS store. Go there, save money. Read less
