I told them I have fibromyalgia and no one cared. When I had an episode and fell down crying they said get up and get out or we will escort you out. My body was in an attack and I couldn’t respond. So they kicked me out. And I said I have a handicap sticker on my car. They don’t listen. I carry a cane. No one helped me. They hurt me. I… Read more

My room was terrible. The hot water did not work, the water pressure was low and when i did turn the water on, it had a sewer smell. I alerted the front desk in the morning when i was leaving and at night after i tried using it again. Each time I was told a message would go out to maintenance. I brushed my teeth and washed my hands and face with bottled water that i had to purchase from the hotel. Yes, I did ask for bottle water but was told I had to purchase it. I took showers in my friend (and her husband's) room. Which means, he had to leave until I was done. It was inconvenient for all of us. When I checked out, I again addressed the water issue and that I had to go to a different room to shower for 4 days and use bottle water, I purchased, for other things. I was again met with 'a message will be sent to maintenance'. There was no apology, offer of compensation or to change my room. Read less

After we checked in to the room, we realized we were put into 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed we booked. Called concierge, said nothing we can do and asked us to go back down to front desk next morning at 8-9am for a room change. With the non empathic response, we thought oh well, we can still use the room. We stayed for 5 nights, but housekeeping only came once. It was my partners birthday trip, but we were easy guests and didn’t need much other than beds to sleep in. With the amenities charge so expensive, the shampoos and body wash were terrible. I had to buy my own and of course even basic toiletries were not even available, like toothbrush, mouthwash cups, shower cap, the washroom was at bare minimum. The resort fees here are already high, while during winter time, there is no pool. We don’t use amenities/service much but feel like even asking questions means we need to tip. I feel pressured to tip for everything we do staying at this hotel, the luggage storage, even asking for cups to drink water with. The only thing that is good about this hotel is the location, which is central to everything. But the room, service, the smell of the hotel, cleanliness, amenities are 3 star at best. Read less

Casino experience was terrible. Game malfunctioned (which is understandable) but then it took them 3 hours to get my money out and pay me. I was offered $20 in FREEPLAY as compensation, when we couldn't leave the area for THREE hours. We all missed dinner and were starving.
