It’s our first time staying at the Cosmopolitan, but it turned out very disappointing. We booked the fountain view room, which the view was stunning, being able to see the sphere as well. However, the facilities were just surprisingly bad. 1. No slippers or amenities in the room so we had to call front desk for them 2. The ceiling above the bathtub had water dripping down. So we called the front desk. They said they’ll send someone up to check. 3. In the meantime, two out of the four towels had stains on them. So we had to call again for more towels. It was 10:45pm when I called the first time. My daughter had to use the used one. I waited till 11:20pm to call again for the towels. My husband couldn’t wait anymore so he took a shower using another used one. 4. Then phone rang at 12:30am asking if we requested a technician to come in. I said it’s too late now with the kids sleeping… the phone rang pretty loud. 5. Then at 1:30am, hotel people banged at the door… we were woken in shock. My husband got up to open the door but it took him a while, so the hotel staff banged two more times. We definitely didn’t expect the towels to be delivered 3 hours later and at 1:30am…. Have they even looked at the time??? 6. So next morning, I went to complain about all these. They accommodated $100 for the food & beverages. They said they’ll send a guy to check the bathroom while we are out. I received a call at dinner time and they said we needed to have a room change. It was really a hassle for us to pack again n move the room. It wasn’t even an option if we wanted to stay in the original room. What a Christmas trip for us staying at The cosmopolitan… it was pure disappointment for a 5 stars hotel Read less

Currently staying at The Cosmopolitan, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The advertised $554 per night is bad enough, but once you factor in the hidden fees, a hefty deposit, and the pet fee, the cost becomes absurd. And for what? Currently staying at The Cosmopolitan, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The advertised $554 per night is bad enough, but once you factor in the hidden fees, a hefty deposit, and the pet fee, the cost becomes absurd. And for what? A room that’s nothing more than a glorified conference room. They’ll promise you an “upgrade,” but don’t be fooled—this so-called upgrade is a joke. The bed is rock-hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom is basic at best, and the space itself feels cold and impersonal, designed more for hosting business meetings than providing a relaxing stay. If you’re here as a couple or just looking for a comfortable place to rest, you’ll feel utterly ripped off. For the inflated price and complete lack of value, this hotel is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend The Cosmopolitan to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers on its promises. Never again. Read less

Everything was perfect during our stay. Trendy hotel, nice big and comfy 55th floor room. In the middle of the hustle, but very nice. Great place with day and night clubs, restaurants, speakeasy, and lots of entertainment. Great strip and desert views. I loved it and would definitely recommend it for Las Vegas stay.

The hotel: I've always wanted to stay at this hotel. I've been to Las Vegas numerous times, but this was my first at the Cosmo. It did not disappoint. The lobby is not complicated to get to when dropped-off. Check-in fortunately was mostly a breeze. Staff were helpful in answering questions and providing hotel details. I shared a two-bed room with my mom on this trip. The room is nicely sized. Upon initially entering the room, there was a bad odor, but housekeeping promptly arrived and tried to rectify the issue. I expected some more "artsy" decor in the room, but that was minor. The showstopper was definitely the balcony! I loved being able to sit outside and observe the city lights. The only real blemish in my experience was checking-out. I waited close to an hour to ensure my bill was settled before leaving. Food & Beverage: There is so much variety in food and drink here. The room service menu has tons of options for those who opt to stay in. Service didn't take too long. I highly recommend checking out Block 16 instead. This was a lovely food hall with many dining options, catering to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Chandelier bar was also fantastic. Great cocktails and relaxing vibe. The location: Great location to many spots on the strip. There is a very convenient walkway located inside the hotel that connects to the Aria/Vdara and Bellagio. I utilized this many times during the trip. Summary: + Balcony! + Good food options at a variety of price points - Checking out took a while Read less

The Cosmopolitan is one of the finest hotels at the Strip in Las Vegas with probably the best location at the strip. The hotel is modern with great dining options and a casino. The concierge Eric was excellent. The highlight is the walkway to the bellagio, Aria and Vdara. You also get to see the Bellagio fountains from your room.
