Amazing trip

We loved the vibe of the casino, great selection of games, not overcrowded. Hotel room was amazing and great space. Dining had a ton of options and every place we ate was amazing. Great view of the sphere from our room. We can't wait to go back and do more.
Beautiful Hotel

What a gorgeous hotel! Loved our room although the view was not great. Roomy, beautiful furnishings...first class all the way. Linens are very nice, lots of amenities. Employees were most helpful while we tried to find our way around the hotel.

Reserved a Grand King Suite and upon arrival (booked 4 months in advance) was put in an ordinary room. Grand King not available. The Palazzo Casino is so thick with smoke you can't even walk through the casino without wreaking of smoke. Ventilation is terrible.

I have stayed in many hotels. The Palazzo (Sphere View Room) was worth every penny. Every employee we encountered was great. The room was clean and everything worked. We hadn't been to Las Vegas for ~10 years. No surprise but it is expensive. We just spent a few days mainly to go to a show at the Sphere. House keeping was very good, beyond the average for U.S. hotels. House keeping was also very good. There is a Walgreens in the building and a bridge over to the Wynn.

Fend for yourself

The garage staff here is absolutely awful. Uber pick up is in an area that’s inaccessible to the public and the garage staff is thrilled to shoo you away with zero assistance. Awful experience-and I’m really not one to write anything other than a great review.
