As expected, the Wynn is filled with luxury and opulence. The casino is large and spacious. A great variety of restaurants. Even when busy, the hotel is still easy to navigate without bumping into other individuals. Well worth visiting every time in Las Vegas.

But My cooler was gone I was asked to wait in my room for hours to report the cooler missing then it never returned Today 12/20:2024 It miraculously appears in Las Vegas Wynns Lost n Found after I made a huge big stink about it to the Bellman Front Desk Security Valet etc and was told by the bellman Johnathon who came up To my room creepy THAT it’s MY fault but the video showed I LOST my own cooler when the item never arrived in bailment of the luggage I transferred it to the bellman cart manipulated smoozed into giving up my cooler then The bellman manager or thief Jonathon explained as he arrived in my room three hours later that I in fact was the cause of the lost cooler I lost it myself they had Nuttin 2 do w IT and somehow now that I’m all the way home they found my cooler in Las Vegas U might want to stay somewhere else if ur worried about thieves pickpockets w key faub Bellman Mgr Jonathon Maybe he’s a Director of Crime plus has a credit card to access ur safe I don’t think that’s in the best interest of the guests can gain access to your luggage (mine was gone through when I left for just an hour) Ur room keys to ur car and keys to The safe Cmon Wynn I did not know I’m coming into a shake down GHETTO AF I needed the cooler during my stay for cold drinks BOA bunch of axes Read less

Great Rooms Poor Air Quality

My biggest issue was the air quality in the hotel. The amount of smoke was overwhelming throughout the casino. I spend a lot of time in casinos and this was by far one of the worst air quality conditions that I have experienced. Getting to the rooms and shops there was no way around this. If you are at all sensitive to smoke you will have to skip staying here. Read less

Fabulous Stay In A Parlor Suite

What a great hotel. We stayed at the Encore in June and later found out the Wynn had recently been renovated. We were able to see the suites and were sold on a Parlor Suite in the Wynn Towers for our October stay. Our suite was superb. Large rooms, 1-1/2 baths, spacious master bath and bedroom. It also overlooked the Sphere. I could not stop looking at the fabulous graphics on the sphere, changing ever 10 or so seconds from our suite on the 54th floor. Also, very quiet as it overlooked the golf course as well. Our housekeeper Anita was the best. Everything was replenished, water, toiletries, coffee. Two services per day. She was so nice when we would see her in the hallway, making sure we were pleased with the suite. On a side note. I see others have complained about noise at all hours from music possibly from the pool or nightclub. Our friends who were not in the Wynn Tower or a suite had that problem. They said the noise was bad and interrupted their sleep. Keep this in mind when booking a room. The 12 stack where the parlor suites are is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. Also, the view of the Sphere is spectacular. Our friend's room was on the other end with no view of the Sphere. If you can do it, I highly recommend a parlor suite. It includes a $50.00 breakfast credit as well. My only complaint was the strong smell of weed we noticed in the hallway even though we were on a non-smoking floor. Read less

The SECRET to the Wynn adventure is the STAFF, they set the tone for overall Dreamy thrilling feeling that only Wynn can create. So many phenomenal staff members and then the stand out employee among so many Great employees… we had the Honor to watch a security officer at the front door, Mr Christopher Brewer, the light of the overall experience…Security and Luxury are the Foundation of the Wynn experience. Wynn has the most Elite Security in the Hotel World, protecting guests, employees and the entire property with the highest quality experts in the World. We watched Mr Brewer guard the front entrance and interact with guests entering and leaving, stood with confidence but greeted guests with a big smile, a welcoming personality and a warmth that is unparalleled in the Hotel Business. We watched him talk with several guests with a beaming smile, then we approached him and he welcomed us and said how beautifully dressed we were during the F1 race 3 day experience. His friendliness and kindness draws you in and sets the tone for the Wynn Experience. His energy makes you feel like family and yet you know he’s more than capable to protect the guests and hotel. He’s a Polished Classy Wynn Ambassador and a rare gem. He should be teaching staff at all the Wynn branded properties, although all the staff are Great, he brings something Special to the overall Experience that only he can teach.
