We absolutely love the outdoor heated pool and hot tub esp after being outside in the cold all day. There’s also an indoor pool and hot tub. But we didn’t use that this visit. Hotel provides robes which makes it easier to walk down to the pool. Heated towels outside in a heater. Upon arrival there was a complimentary hot chocolate bar. Fire place was going. Very warm and inviting. Loved all the decorations. Felt like a lodge. Close to all of North Conway shopping and restaurants. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant inside the hotel. Only stayed for one night. Will def be back. Amazing!

Good four day stay for mini vacation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and comfy. The bar had great drinks and I thought the appetizers were tasty. The pools were great with plenty of towels available. Chlorine seemed high but may be necessary due to usage. Would stay there again in the future.

Super family friendly hotel. Everyone on staff was so kind and the place was spotless! The holiday decor was adorable, my kids loved it. Incredibly convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely return and recommend to others.

Overall great hotel! Very pretty and in a great location. Beautiful in December with all of the Christmas decorations. The hotel was near a great shopping center, and not far from beautiful hikes and skiing locations. There were plenty of great restaurants all around

No restaurant nor bar open until 5:00 with very limited menu, no entrees...on a Sunday? Rooms were musty and should have been re-cleaned. There were 16 of us and no one will return. Guests at the Hotel and Restaurant are an "afterthought" here. No such thing as above and beyond.....employees here just squeaked by with their job performance. Save…
