I visited the resort right before Christmas, and found it to be the Winter Wonderland escape, that I was hoping for. Swimming in an outdoor heated pool, while it was lightly snowing was magical. Beautifully decorated and cozy public spaces, as well as lovely renovated rooms, that embraced a nature vibe. (I enjoyed the Aveda toiletries) The bar area was inviting, with delicious specialty cocktails. I found the food in the on-site restaurant, to be very good. It fact, their signature crab cakes, were the best I've ever had. The icing on the cake, was the staff. From hospitality, housekeeping and restaurant - they were all exceptional, and so accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay, at this beautiful property!

The whole experience was wonderful. We were there for a ski trip. Our room was great, breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly. Everything was clean and neat. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area. It was very close to shops and dining.

The man working the front desk, Emmet. He was professional, attentive and caring. All my needs were met prior to my arrival. When we arrived the hotel, Emmet was working and was very efficient. It was a cold day and the beautiful fireplace was blazing. It Gave off an instant warm feeling.
