Promising that coveted ‘loft living’ feel, Hyatt Centric Wall Street’s roomy rooms (starting at 345 square foot each) come with high ceilings, oversized panelled windows, and cool modern styling. As you’ll be tempted to ‘stay in’, they’ve thrown in complimentary WiFi. But you’re in Wall Street’s only hotel – so making the most of your surroundings is a must, even if you only make it as far as the hotel’s mezzanine floor for craft cocktails at Centric Bar & Grill, or its decadent buffet restaurant for American dishes and handcrafted cocktails.

No VIP perks were granted at time of check-in. we were put into room 918, facing Water Street. 24/7 construction going on on Water Street, and we were not able to sleep for 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday nights). As a Platinum member I should have been given an upgrade at least, but nothing. The person who assigned us the room knew exactly that…

Not the hotel it used to be by a long shot

Very different than the old Andaz property, Hyatt has failed here. The restaurant was never open, the staff and guests all agreed that the current state of the hotel and service is terrible and in need of major improvements. They have so much potential and it is being wasted from every perspective.
Absolutely terrible customer experience

Hyatt Option in Financial District

Ok Hotel Option for standard travel in the Financial District but if a Hyatt Loyalist other hotel options in Manhattan provide greater value.
This property used to be an Andaz and room configurations remain that way. The Hyatt Centric branding was an interesting choice but overall a good standard option if needing to be in the Financial District.
Roaches

There were Roaches in the room. The room was dirty and old and it had mildew and water damage in the bathroom. The black shower tiles were filthy, i had to wear flip flops in the shower to feel comfortable. Dont stay here, its not worth the money.
