Highly recommend this spot! You can walk to great shopping and food. The hotel itself was excellent 👌 it was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the free coffee is nice for seeing the city and people watching. Coffee was good too!

The windows don't open but probably for the best as it would be way too noisy. This is a busy street/intersection but the windows as quite soundproof - I was impressed. Slept well - felt safe -- room was clean.
The neighborhood is lively and fun. You can walk to so many great places.
From JFK I took the Airtrain and connected to the J train to the Bowery station.
I'm returning with my husband in March.

50 Bowery is my go-to hotel when visiting New York for work. I love that it is located in Chinatown and only a 10-minute walk from my company's office. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. When I needed to stay up late due to an urgent issue at work, the staff brought up a Keurig machine so I could remain caffeinated until 2 AM. I recommend higher-level rooms for a great view of NYC/Brooklyn area.

Hotel was beautifully renovated with ample space and fantastic view. The shower was very relaxing and the gym held all the essentials. Location of this hotel is prime with close access to vibrant coffee shops and Chinatown. 3 minute walk from the train. Would return 10/10 times and next time enjoy the resort activities more thoroughly!

The staff was amazing here, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and I love the non carpet floors. I had a view of the bridge and the windows did a great job keeping the noise out. Location was very convenient to where I needed to be. Refillable water is a huge plus here! I would definitely come back on my next visit!
