Location and glam. Beautiful hotel only a couple of blocks away from the madding crowd @Times Square. The hosts are really helpful, so polite and really nice. Highly recommended. Definitely a budget alternative without sacrificing a nice stay at a great city!!

Lovely hotel closed to time square and theaters. Rooms are charming and cost. Breakfast served at the restaurant downstairs. The rooftop needs to be visited. It should be also quite at summer with the terrace. Staff are nice and helpful. I recommend the place.

Fantastic 15th floor view of Hudson River (spacious double bed booked). Have travelled to NYC many times so we knew to expect less square footage based on our budget. The room view and decor had wow-factor. Lovely staff who say hello every time. We appreciated the non-computer generated response when we requested a higher floor (high floor subject to availability). Check in and out were a breeze and we appreciated storage of our bags upon arrival at noon so we could head out and explore the city. The floor to ceiling windows is what we were seeking and we were not disappointed. Great location (Hells Kitchen, near all the theatres). Just a block away from the crowds and bustle of Times Sq. We loved that we could retreat to our quieter space after a long day of exploring. We felt safe and relaxed when in our room. We appreciated the water filling stations in the hallway. The only thing we missed was lobby space. The entrance is quite narrow and only had a two seater couch. There is a restaurant but you’d have to purchase something to sit there. The roof top patio requires guests to be 21 years or older so we couldn’t go up there with our teen children. Regardless, I would recommend this hotel (already have) with the above precautions. Would rate 4.5/5 if I could.
