The location of this hotel is excellent, a short walk from Times Square with transport links round about. I travelled with my teenage daughter. If I travelled to NY again I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again, the main reason for this is due to the shady characters that loiter around the street outside the hotel asking for money and making remarks… Read more

If I travelled to NY again I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again, the main reason for this is due to the shady characters that loiter around the street outside the hotel asking for money and making remarks to me as a female and my teenage daughter as we walked by. Pro’s- - Location is 5 minutes from Times Square - Comfortable bed - We were able to store our luggage after check out on our last day - Grab and go food available - no hassle check in or check out - shampoo/shower gel in the room - full length mirror - ironing board and hair dryer available Con’s- - No cookie on check-in - No bottles of water provided - lobby area very crowded - carpet in the room was extremely grubby, almost sticky! - heating in our room didn’t work - low shower pressure - lifts were slow - you can hear everything in the rooms next door! And the lifts pinging all night - shady characters hanging around the street outside the hotel - lobby area and lifts very run down and in need of an upgrade - housekeeping did not replenish toilet rolls - room was very small - barely any storage in the room Read less

Loud people in the corridors a lot of the time. Dusting needed more attention. I would not return or overly recommend but didn’t mind our stay. Read less

My room was ready when we checked in, but my mom’s wasn’t so we dropped our bags off in my room and went out for a slice. When we came back, my mom’s room still wasn’t ready (we were not upset because the hotel was very busy and it’s also a busy time of year)… Read more

When we came back, my mom’s room still wasn’t ready (we were not upset because the hotel was very busy and it’s also a busy time of year) so my mom and I decided to wait in the lobby. Dominique spoke to her manager and got my mom a room on an upper floor with a city view. We thanked her and told her it was our second girls trip of the year (my mom, my daughter, and me) and she teared up because she was close to her grandma and had recently lost her. We bonded and told her that we were so happy we worked with her. Dominique made our check in process memorable and started our adventure off on such a great note. Read less

While the room and location of this hotel was adequate, I want to call out the superior customer service I received at check in. Melanie was very friendly, kind, and very efficient -- thank you for the good experience! Housekeeping was also good, and quickly provided me an extra comforter upon request.
