I had another wonderful stay last night at The Fitzpatrick Grand Central. Though recently retired, I stayed at many hotels over the course of my career, including quite a few in NYC. I only discovered The Fitzpatrick about two years ago, and ever since then, it has been a "go-to" favorite for my wife and me whenever we are in Manhattan. The lobby is very inviting, the rooms are beautiful, the restaurant/pub is cozy and comfortable. Best of all, the entire staff is top shelf. In particular, the Front Office Manager, Brendan Foley, is a genuine pleasure. Always courteous, friendly, upbeat, and responsive. I wouldn' hesitate to call him one of the best in the business.
Looking forward to returning to The Fitzpatrick on my next trip to NYC!

Brilliant hotel so central to a lot off the sights staff are Brilliant couldn't do enough for you highly recommended this hotel hopefully I'll get back someday food is well presented lots of small bars and restaurants in the immediate area cannot fault location.

Excellent, friendly, centrally located hotel. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond when my bag didn't turn up at Newark. Got it 2 days later. Wee pub is excellent for food and drinks. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay! 😁

I'm not sure what makes this a 4 star hotel.
It's grubby around the edges and shoddy in places. Huge iron mark on the carpet, broken tiles in the bathroom.
Rooms need updating urgently!
Staff are friendly and helpful and you'll get a good night's sleep with an eye mask and some ear plugs... Just!
The pillows are dire and the comforter is worse.…
