The hotel

Isaiah did a great job making me and my friends feel seen and welcomed he had a lot of facts and ideas for us to do in New York and he made this trip so much fun that if I were to come back I would want to stay at the same hotel thank you so much for welcoming all of us and we will miss you

Isaiah was the best person and had the greatest hospitality. He was so funny and kept up with our conversations making us look forward to talking to him again. this was my favorite moments at a hotel because we were able to talk with him about anything. Great customer service

Isaiah was the best. We had so much fun. He talked to us about our shows and trip and I was always so excited to see him. He was really funny and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. Annie was also really nice and fun.Great customer service.

The hotel is really nice, everybody from the service is friendly, Lynn is really nice and she can help you with anything you need, the breakfast is worth every penny. Overall, great experience, I recommend this hotel for food, service and location!
