Great location. Annie and Lynn with Hilton Genad Vacations were great conversation. Kind staff. The steakhouse bar was good but drafty by the door. The elevators were having issues but other than that, the showers were hot and the room comfortable.

It’s NYC. Expect to pay a small fortune. The location is perfect. Yet, room had multiple maintenance issues (only some of which were resolved) and room small even by European standards. Poor hotel, definitely not the usual Hilton experience. Size: Our room was tiny and not suitable for the party we booked. 4 adults, one tiny bedside table and one half size wardrobe. Poor hotel, definitely not the usual Hilton experience. Size: Our room was tiny and not suitable for the party we booked. 4 adults, one tiny bedside table and one half size wardrobe. Also we were next to a service room so had constant noise in the room that even the AC couldn’t drown out. Cleanliness: Our room was tired and in need of updating, our coffee machine wasn’t usable as the inside was extremely rusty and big pieces of rust were coming off. Service: On day 3 we had to ask for housekeeping to visit as they had not been, even though we were told they would attend every other day. When we asked the staff member sighed like we were inconveniencing them. Location: This is the only good thing about this hotel. Read less

Mark was super helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about all the local places to eat and hang out. We would definitely recommend staying at the Hilton Garden inn near Times Square we enjoyed our whole stay. Everyone was helpful and kind.
