The Hotel staff was excellent and customer service was top notch. Room was ready even before check out and Breakfast was excellent. They provided hot drinks 24 hours. Locations was close to penn station, Times square and most of the Tourist places.

Bit of a late Review as we stayed here back is November 22 for five nights. First impressions were really good, Outside was very clean and reception was modern. Staff were very friendly/polite & Hotel is in a great location. Room was a good size but quite dated and basic, only problem we had was the Heater didn’t work in our room & being mid November it was freezing. We did report the issue twice & ask for extra blankets but nothing got resolved. (We did understand that it’s the most busiest time of year & maybe they forgot about us). Overall the hotel was cheap and cheerful and only gave a 3 Star rating due to our unfortunate experience. Don’t think I would stay here again but would recommend to someone on a strict budget. I visited NYC and wanted to stay really in the heart. Mid-town is always great for shopping and sightseeing. As a member of IHG i decided for a "reasonable" priced hotel. We got a room on the top floor with a grandiose view. In the morning we had such a sunrise. The Hotel is very tall, but doesn't have to many rooms on 1 floor. I was a bit worried about the elevator. But it was ok, Sometimes we had to wait a bit. Rooms are not very spacious, but well equipped. We didn't have breakfast. I got a late check out at 2pm. What i very much appreciated Before leaving I had a beer in the Restaurant. Was expensive even for Swiss people. But was ok. Read less

The room was awesome. Perfect view of the city. Staff friendly and the free breakfast was good! Location is perfect for a great walk to Bryant Park! Housekeeping checked on us everyday to make sure our room needs were met. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This hotel is within a 10-minte walk of Times Square and a couple blocks from a subway station. Rooms are a bit outdated and very small, but quiet (for NYC) and clean. Free breakfast was better than average. Staff was more than helpful and polite. We would stay here again.
