I have stayed in NY several times. Decided to try the Lotte. I would of rather stayed in a Motel 8 then this hotel. Bed was broken which fell on deaf ears. Also when I checked in, they said 24 hour room service which closed at 10pm. No toilet paper in the room. Rooms were extremely dirty. Bad experience all together for the price I was paying.

Lotte New York Palace is beautiful, historic, offers fantastic service and has a great location in NYC. Having breakfast in the Villard Room is an experience unto itself. The elegance of the room makes you feel like royalty. And the food we had was superb. The hotel rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well appointed and spacious. We stayed on the 38th floor and had a nice view of NYC. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Simply fantastic. We'll be back on a regular basis.

The Lotte is my favorite place to stay in NYC. Great location, staff, history and lovely Towers rooms. It is ideal for Broadway shows, shopping and dining. Love that it offers so much without the fray and noise of Times Square. They offer a house Maybach car if you are staying in the Towers.
