My daughter and I had a 2-night stay at the Pestana CR7 Times Square, and from the minute we arrived until we left, we were very satisfied with our stay. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Victor, who was welcoming and accommodating. Although we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, he informed us that the room was already cleaned but required a second level of approval before we could access it. I found this extra layer of service impressive and reassuring that the hotel prioritizes providing a spotless and well-prepared environment for its guests. This boutique hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays, and the room, albeit small (it is NYC), met our needs. The rates at the hotel were another reason we chose it, as it was very affordable. The location was spectacular. Close to Times Square, the Theatre District and Bryant Park. We truly enjoyed our stay in the greatest city in the World and would recommend the Pestana Brand hotels for any future stays.

This hotel was a perfect location for Times Square, Bryant Park and Penn Station. It was clean with all the amenities you need. The best part was the attentive and helpful front desk staff. George in particular was outstanding!! I will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the city.
