I have given it 3 stars due to the location, food at breakfast and the cleaning. The issue we had this time around was the attitude and service of every member of hotel staff we came across. Very disappointing! Check in agent was very blunt, no smiling or even a “how are you” simply demanding we give passports and pay deposit etc. we asked about upgrading but it was a flat out “NO” without even looking up at us. During breakfast we all had various staff be extremely rude to us, even embarrassing a family member at one point. Terrible service! I have provided feedback with the hotel, but also wish to write a review on here as I feel it’s important to share all experiences. Very sad that’s this was our experience the second time round, and we would not stay here again after this stay. Improvements must be made to the staff’s morale and customer service.

The rooms were small, simple yet functional AND no carpet, as wood flooring is so much better and cleaner. One unusual feature, was the glass wall dividing the bathroom which meant you could see blurred images of the person having a shower!!!! Full breakfast as fabulous and set us up for the day! Front desk staff very polite and attentive, as were all the staff we encountered.
Improvement points:
Free water bottles should be provided for guests each day (and perhaps a water fountain to refill). The A/C made the air very dry at night so throat/nose was very dry in morning (but the heating was great since it was -13C when we visited). Would have liked to have a kettle and small coffee table. More sockets should have USB-A ports! TV did not have a list of channels so had to channel surf. The queue to the breakfast room was positioned infront on the main elevators so that area was soo crowded and somewhat chaotic.Rooftop bar would be nice to see the view and skyscrapers!
Happiest Moment:
The whole trip to NYC was so eventful, there was so much to see and do and we really enjoyed every minute, sad our holiday had to end after 7 days! There was not one dull moment!

Loved this hotel no complaints whatsoever . Rooms were huge amazing comfy beds. Excellent breakfast choice. All the fresh fruit too. Julian the BellBoy and Jennifer who checked us in on Reception too. Bar brilliant plus Happy hours we will return

Me and my wife stayed for 5 nights with breakfast included. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a ideal location, central to most of the top sights to see and a stones throw from broadway and times square. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.
