Overall the hotel was good. It provided tea and coffee at reception but only from 7am. For the overseas guests it would have been beneficial to have this facility in the room. No one wants to get dressed at 4am to go down for a tea. It would also have been advantageous to show us how the blind remote worked and the air con. We had the fan going… Read more

No one wants to get dressed at 4am to go down for a tea. It would also have been advantageous to show us how the blind remote worked and the air con. We had the fan going from early but froze at night. If you have a bar, let the guests use it. Don’t say they can’t because outsiders have taken it up. Look after your guests first. Anyway, Delvis and Vichet were amazing. They looked after us very well. Read less

We stayed here 3rd to 8th December 2024, and you can't complain about location. Minutes away from everything. Rooms clean and tidy with a definite boutique feel and very spacious. There is plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Always my pet hate when you never have enough! Hotel reception and lobby is very welcoming and warm. Breakfast served… Read more

Breakfast served in the dining room, a little bland, but plenty of it. Only criticism, no kettle in room, if you want extra coffee, etc, you need to go to reception. Staff is great, and very helpful Read less

Our stay at the sanctuary was amazing from check in! Eddy at the front desk was extremely nice and gave us a room upgrade at no cost since we were booked in a queen and my husband is very tall. The lobby was gorgeous and smelled so good with a Christmas scent. The room was small but just enough for us. It is right in Rockefeller center so it was a… Read more

This hotel is my favorite hotel I have stayed in and I travel a lot! The employees (Spencer, Eddie and Ana) went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. The rooms are a little small but very comfortable. Love the slippers and comfy robes. The shower was luxurious and the drinks and snacks (though expensive) were delicious and very convenient. I had to rent a scooter while staying here and the doormen and desk clerks all came around to help us get it up and down the stairs. I actually was not here when the scooter company came to drop off my scooter and they took care of everything even taking it up to my room and putting it inside for me. They always greet you and walk you to the elevator. They made dinner reservations for us and there is breakfast every morning included. The location is two blocks from the center of Time Square so very convenient to all the attractions. I can’t say enough about how much I love this hotel and the employees that took care of us.
