Very Nice Customer Service and a beautiful room. The Hotel is close to the very comfy soho District, where you can eat and Drink. The Design of the Hotel and the rooms is very modern and even got a restaurant plus a rooftop bar.
Next time i will be in New York i would stay in Arlo Soho.

Hotel extremely well located and comfortable, close to several points of interest in the city. This is the sixth time I have stayed here. Super helpful and attentive staff, especially Alejandro, who helped me promptly at various times during my stay.

First time arriving to New York and I came to arlo in soho! The hotel is situated in a good place to do things in manhattan, the staff members are really welcoming and warm. I would recommend Alejandro! The best host, and really friendly. Come!

Great stay!!!!!!!!! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was great and helpful; Angelo was attentive and friendly! Highly recommend this place! Also the location was very central with good restaurants nearby
