Had an ok stay

Several things broken in the room and website promised a shuttle that doesn’t exist. Staff was friendly and helpful when we alerted them of the issues. When I return for the event in next year, I will stay somewhere with a shuttle as parking is very difficult and expensive downtown.
Overall, it was a good but not great hotel

Overall, it was a good hotel. There was construction going on outside the hotel which made for a little inconvenience. The shower was also not completely cleaned so that was not satisfactory. Also, there were not enough wash cloths for everyone. We asked for more, and they brought hand towels. First world problems, I know. I would stay here again,…

Always Clean and Convenient

The Hyatt in downtown Houston never disappoints. The place is always clean, the staff nice and helpful, and is super convenient for everything I need to do downtown. The rooms are comfortable and spaceous. I appreciate the bar area with food as well.
Location, cleanliness, respect and a wonderful experience overall!

A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. Einsteins cafe was lovely. The overall presentation of the entire hotel was five star plus as was the reception from the staff. My room was lovely, quiet. The shower had food pressure and the bed was most comfortable. I would return in a heartbeat!! One of the best hotels that I have stayed in.
Cannot reach help desk and poor service to extendx stay and reactivate keys

Extending my stay was too much of a hassle and was not handled seamlessly, i felt i was being forced out to get another location but i really wanted to stay and enjoy this location. Also, it was a pain contacting front desk as they barely pick up the call.
