Tiera is fairly easy down Cesaer Chavez Street. San Antonio is great, and the Hyatt Place enables us to enjoy it and feel welcome.

We didn't really enjoy their breakfast items (hence 4 stars instead of 5)but that's probably just personal taste- I only liked the oatmeal option which was enough to fill our tummies. Free breakfast but parking is $25 per night. Overall it was one of my favorite hotel experiences (besides the super fancy ones) and very good for the price for family stay! I look forward in going back for our next family getaway!!

The hotel and staff were both exceptionally welcoming. The front desk staff gave us great suggestions for dining on the river walk and even how to best get to the restaurant, considering that we had young children with us. I look forward to staying again soon.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and gracious. Loved being able to step out of hotel onto River Walk. Room clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in town. Breakfast fresh, hearty, and plentiful. We loved every moment of our stay.
