The rooms are dated, there is no glassware in them and if you ask, it takes 3 tries to get it anything delivered. Staff seem ambivalent to everything. Then at checkout I noticed there is $25 destination fee (resort charge) that comes on the incidentals part of the bill. So you are basically tricked into spending your own money on their overpriced water and snacks. Check out was a nightmare, I had to just give up and leave while trying to get a bill printed that moved the daily charge to the people who were actually paying for my room. The only good thing about this place is the Generator hotel across the street that had a cafe with decent food and coffee and a nice space to sit and work. This Hilton is overrun with conference bros. Will not be staying here again.
My room phone did not work, they have a number posted around that you can text, but it does not work, well it does, they just ignore it when they can’t be bothered.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Did not meet expectations, especially for the price paid.
Really a worn, budget style room. Black carpet, worn out old furniture, just really needs a redo. Blah toiletries, poor service, broken items in room. The conference space was nice however. But I would not stay here again.

I was on a 12 day Eastern Discovery with Leger holidays parent company American Tours International, I stayed for two nights at the Washington Hilton, I had a lovely comfortable room with everything I needed for my stay, good housekeeping throughout the hotel, staff friendly and helpful, the hotel has a good gift shop for all your souvenir requirements and a shop selling all food and drinks, the hotel is in a good location just a short walk to a supermarket and bars and fast food places. Our days itinerary with guide Esther and driver Mat our first stop was at the Amish Museum which was very interesting we had a guide that told us about the Amish Community then we had time to walk around and see everything. On arrival in Washington we had a tour all around the sites of interest then an evening tour around Washington, the following day we visited Arlington National Cemetery, the White House then free time. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Washington and my stay at the Washington Hilton would definitely recommend this hotel.
