Adel was amazing! Very helpful from start to finish - he worked with me and answered any questions that I had. Adel also showed incredible patience, so thank you Adel. The stay itself was perfect as well. The bed and pillows were soft and the bathroom was very spacious.

Tabitha at the front desk is spectacular! She cares about the guests in a way that makes you feel like she is your dearest friend. For me, our interaction felt more like a big sister who was rooting for me. Because if her the experience was great

Ronni and Adel set us up with an incredible suite on the water and walked me through joining Hilton Honors. We couldn’t have had a better stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the hotel is a short walk away from the Anthem and many bars, karaoke clubs, and restaurants on the Wharf.

An amazing time with my daughter at the inauguration the staff were incredible. They were there for everything we needed especially Alex at the front desk. Found my daughter’s hat that she has been looking for and lost in the lobby. I really appreciated that thank you Alex and the rest of the staff.

The front staff, Alex, Adel and Nia were professional, approachable, courteous, and very helpful during our quick stay. We enjoyed the food recommendation immensely! Valet was efficient and informative, as well. We will come back! Thank you!
