The people are exceptional, the hotel is beautiful and is within walking distance of the Capital. I will definitely stay there again. Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, this is the pla e to come to. It is also close to many social places, including bars and restaurants.

The rooms and bathrooms. are small and we were unable to decrease heat so called an offered a fan. Apparently a known issue. Parking also very expensive. Breakfast and restaurant service was good however. Parking expensive at $57 and valet only.

They didn’t clean it up or offer any apology, just walked away. Was charged for breakfast meals that were included in two separate occasions. Had to contact hotel staff on two separate… Read more

Convenient location near Union Station (for metro; food court) and Capitol / National Art Museum. Nice late-night lobby dining with surprisingly reasonable prices for Washington. Comfortable beds. Rooms have tiny fridge, but no microwave.

I've stayed at a number of hotels in DC, and this one just went towards the top of my list. Check in was rapid, and Hannibal who helped me was exactly the kind of cheerful, helpful person you want to encounter after a long trip. I normally don't eat dinner at hotel restaurants, but this time ate the majority of my dinners at the hotel. The kitchen was excellent, as was the wait staff. I had a room on one of the higher floors, which was quiet, comfortable and clean. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience and can warmly recommend this hotel. Read less
