Hamilton Hotel was very accommodating to our large group. Beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient.

Hamilton at first glance is stunning. The welcome was wonderful. My only complaints where the floor in my rooms was dirty needed shampoo, there were not bags in the trashcans, and the curtains were dirty. I was so impressed with the level of customer service provided by Sabrina & Zeira. They truly made my experience memorable and I will return again. The stay at the Hamilton was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The attention to detail truly made it feel like home.

Extremely friendly staff. We had a great experience staying here. It was extremely busy for the stay and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. It is not more than a few minutes walk to major landmarks. ZIERA, MANNY, AND SABRINA ARE THE BEST STAFF.

I stayed at Hamilton Hotel for a week in mid-december last year and i can say that was such a great experience. I had a minor incident at the check-in caused by a staff member but it was promptly fixed by Jerry. After this incident Jerry was extremely professional and kind. The resolution exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable, offers a nice structure and you can easily walk to almost all landmarks and attractions in D.C, such as museums, National Mall, White House, Dupont Circle, Union Station and even the Wharf. It goes without saying that you can find many subway stations nearby. I would definitely recommend the Hamilton hotel! A huge shout out to Sabrina and Manny for taking care of our group with so much kindness and hospitality!!! Read less
